O.k Muscle cramp all bcause of the Nafa test..(PAIn face)
My marks are not that bad i mean i'm really happy of what i get i pass all the station and achieve all full 5 points except for my pull up...i just did only 10 cannot tahan ready so have to stop.Compare to secondary school i really really had a great improvement.
SCORE BOARED:

Now i'm waiting for my 2.4 run on Tuesday.
It was a crack stomach sitting beside Feqa..terrible sia laugh evrytime..cannot sit beside her ready.
